We provide comprehensive solutions for wind-industry operators, from individual inspections to extensive maintenance packages.

Regular inspections, preventive maintenance, comprehensive blade surveys and professional repairs extend turbine service life, improve production efficiency and reduce the risk of unexpected faults. We carry out comprehensive inspection and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable standards. This includes annual inspections, maintenance and installation of Hailo and Avanti ladders, safety rails, anchor points and 3M safety cables (3M™ DBI-SALA® Lad-Saf™). We also install aviation lights, cable guides, guards and other components that improve safety and operational reliability.

Our services also include tower cleaning, internal and external painting and various repair and maintenance tasks. Our skilled personnel work safely and efficiently, using rope access where appropriate to enable rapid work even in demanding conditions.

Blade inspections, surveys and repairs

A wind-turbine blade is one of its most important components, and regular inspection helps identify damage before it becomes a serious problem. We carry out thorough blade inspections and surveys, LPS measurements, cleaning, painting and condition assessments from the ground and using rope-access methods.

Blade surveys are an important part of preventive maintenance: they assess overall blade conditions, identify developing damage and support timely repair planning. We perform both detailed and broader surveys for different turbine types according to customer needs.

We also map blade damage, repair leading- and trailing-edge laminates and coatings, and carry out other damage repairs. Every inspection is carefully documented to provide a clear overview of blade condition and recommended follow-up actions. Even demanding repairs can be completed safely with rope access, minimising downtime and keeping costs under control.
