Installations

We carry out construction installations safely and efficiently even at challenging sites. Rope access enables safe work on high structures without heavy scaffolding or extensive lifting arrangements.

We install façade elements, safety systems, cabling, lighting, advertising structures, sprinkler systems, fall-protection systems, roof-safety products and other building components. Work can often be completed while the building remains in normal use.

Inspections and condition assessments

Regular inspections help identify damage and repair needs before they develop into major problems. We inspect buildings and structures and carry out condition assessments even in difficult-to-access locations, including façades, roofs, balconies, steel structures, fixings, masts, chimneys and other safety-critical structures. Clear reports support timely repair and maintenance planning.

Close-up inspections enable detailed examination without heavy arrangements and are particularly suitable for high façades, roof structures, bridges, towers and other sites where inspection accuracy is important.  They can reveal cracks, fixing defects, concrete damage, corrosion, moisture damage and other condition factors.

Fall-protection equipment and systems

Safe work at height requires appropriate fall protection. We design, supply, install and inspect systems for construction needs, including safety rails, lifelines, anchor points, roof-safety products, ladder safety systems and other personal protection solutions. Installations comply with applicable standards and requirements.

Façade, roof and maintenance work

We carry out maintenance, repair and servicing at high and difficult-to-access sites, including façade repairs, joint sealing, painting, roof inspections, roof repairs, cleaning and structural maintenance. Rope access enables fast and safe work without extensive scaffolding or heavy equipment, reducing costs and disruption.
